Criteria for Advancement to Fellowship Status
-
Have maintained regular membership in the assocation for 10 or more consecutive years and currently be a member;
-
Have shown evidence of substantive and consistent leadership and service on ASHA committees, councils, sections, or boards;

Have exhibited evidence of other leadership and service to the field of school health, including national, state, and district organizations; and
-
Have been nominated by a fellow of the association.
