A variety of professional development options include: conferences, self-study, and webinars to ensure accessibility.
The American School Health Association is a designated provider of Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH) in health education by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. (#OH0005)
Most ASHA Annual School Health Conferences offer Continuing Medical Education (CME), Mental Health Contact Hours and Continuing Professional Education for Dietitians, CNE for school nurses as well as other accreditation to be assigned per event.

All ASHA Self-Study Offerings are available for purchase from the ASHA Publications and Professional Development Materials page of the ASHA web site. To assist you in purchasing the materials, you can: 1) click on the title you wish to purchase on this page, or 2) type in - Self-Study - in the Search mechanism of this web site and it will provide a complete list of all ASHA self-study offerings.
Once you have completed the exam, mail your completed answer sheet and exam fee to:
