The cost of an ASHA 10' x 8' booth is $795. Companies that exhibited at the 2009 ASHA conference will receive a $50 discount. ASHA packages provide pipe and draping, 6' table, 2 chairs, a waste basket, and a 7" x 44" booth ID sign. View the Exhibit Hall Floor Plan
Exhibit Highlights
Exhibitors receive: two complimentary conference registrations; unlimited access to meetings and educational sessions; a listing in the conference program; a list of conference attendees; and A Link To Your Web Site for one year. A Demographic Profile of Conference Attendees is available for review by exhibitors.

An Application and Contract for Exhibit Space must be completed prior to assignment of exhibit space. Include with your application complete payment or a purchase order for each space requested. Upon receipt of confirmation, the balance is due in full. Applications submitted after July 16, 2010, must include full payment. Print An Exhibit Application. By completing an Application and Contract for Exhibit Space, the exhibitor agrees to abide by all the provisions outlined in the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations.
Commercial Sessions
Increase the attendees' understanding of your product by submitting an Application for a Commercial Session. Select the Application for Conference Session and indicate Commercial Session as your first choice. All applications are peer reviewed for acceptance, and include either a one-hour concurrent session or a Roundtable Discussion. You must be an exhibitor and/or sponsor and pay an additional $100 application fee.
