Preventing Pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections

ASHA helps school health professionals address the sexual and reproductive health needs of young people by offering technical assistance and developing tools and resources. As part of a national collaborative funded by the Division of Adolescent and School Health (DASH) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to identify and disseminate best practices for school-based teen pregnancy prevention efforts.

Essential Tips for Successful Collaboration represents a synthesis of the key lessons learned throughout this five-year initiative. It describes the key elements that contribute to the development and sustainability of successful collaborations around complex issues.
