Through scholarships, ASHA provides financial assistance to students whose academic and professional goals include the health of youth. The Association awards three scholarships of $500 annually, one each to students in these specializations.
- School Health Education
- School Nursing
- Pediatric / Adolescent Medicine or Dentistry
In addition to the financial award, scholarship recipients receive:
- Complimentary Registration to ASHA's Annual School Health Conference
- Complimentary One-Year ASHA Membership

Student Research Grants
Through the Student Research Grants program, ASHA provides financial support for students to complete research in areas related to the mission of ASHA. All student members of ASHA are eligible to apply. Simultaneous membership and proposal submission is acceptable. Grants may be awarded annually to undergraduate or graduate students.
